Thank you for shopping with TimberGate, our goal is to make any refund as fair and easy as possible. Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, please follow the instructions below.
1. Item must be returned in new condition (100% complete) with all original parts and free from any defects within 30 days. Electrical items that have been installed or tampered with are non-returnable. Please do not attempt to remove covers, shields etc. from electrical components. Please note that it takes us 2 to 3 business days to process returns once they arrive. A restocking fee of 10% plus any outbound shipping expense will apply to items returned. A refund will be issued depending on the condition, at the discretion of TimberGate, if products are not returned in the original condition.
2. If you received a faulty item, please contact us to request a new item to be shipped or a refund. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item.
3. The customer is responsible for all Shipping and Handling charges incurred for returning any products to TimberGate.
4. For your return please repackage your return item securely with delivery confirmation and/or insurance. TimberGate is not responsible for items lost/damaged in return shipment.
